* 9 separate apartments, each with two or three rooms (single or double), a kitchen and a bathroom
* Large comfortable lounge
* Large terrace with access to lounge
* Various restaurants, cafes and shops nearby
* Public swimming pool 5 min to reach
* Beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay within 15 minutes to reach by bus
* Downtown and Waterfront, within 15 minutes to reach by bus
The room rate per night/person is 30 €.
