The East African Bazaar in the Long Market Street is perfect for a snack or lunch because you can easily get a minibus for example from Sea Point to the city to Long Street which is just a few meters away from the Bazaar.
There you will find everything which the oriental cuisine can offer and everything at reasonable prices. Indian, Turkish or Arabic. For example, you get a chicken kebab with salad and french fries for 30Rand and the portions are really sufficient.
