Dear followers of my abroad experiences,
besides Christmas, our kids here in the children’s home Baphumelele are looking forward to their six weeks of sommer vacation. In this very dense township territory, this means that they’ll have a lot of free time but unfortunately not many possibilities to fill it with. Therefore us volunteers already try to plan as many excursions and small activities for the kids as possible. But even though the
positive responses to these plans, and though public institutions already offer special discounts for us, we could only realize very little of the programm due to the tight budget we’re on.
